Preparation

  1. Let chickpeas soak for 20 hours.
  2. Then, boil for 50 minutes.
  3. If necessary, skim the foam.
  4. Cool off the chickpeas immediately with plenty of water.
  5. In a large bowl, mix well all ingredients, apart from the pickles.
  6. Serve on a large platter and garnish with pickles.
