Method
- In a pot put the strawberries, lemon and mustard and mix with a hand blender.
- Then slowly add the olive oil, salt, pepper and add the honey to milden the acidity of the sauce.
- In a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients of the salad and finally pour over the sauce.
