Preparation
- In a frying pan add the vegetable broth, olive oil, tomato, fresh onion, garlic, wine and lemon zest.
- Once the ingredients are heated add the shrimps and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Then turn the shrimps on the other side and cook for another minute.
- Remove from fire and add the chopped parsley.
- Serve the shrimps on a plate, pour over the sauce and decorate with parsley
