Preparation

  1. In a frying pan add the vegetable broth, olive oil, tomato, fresh onion, garlic, wine and lemon zest.
  2. Once the ingredients are heated add the shrimps and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Then turn the shrimps on the other side and cook for another minute.
  5. Remove from fire and add the chopped parsley.
  6. Serve the shrimps on a plate, pour over the sauce and decorate with parsley
