Preparation

  1. In a deep nonstick skillet heat the olive oil.
  2. Add the meat and sear it for 6 minutes, until it gets color.
  3. Add the onion, peppers and zucchini and stir well.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the tomatoes, spices and deglaze with wine.
  6. At the end add parsley, mustard and cook for a few minutes, until the sauce forms.
  7. Serve with a little chopped parsley.
