Squid salad with lentils

Preparation

  1. Put the lentils and the bay leaf in a saucepan and cover with water and boil until soft.
  2. Cool under running water.
  3. Season the squid with salt and pepper and cook in a pan with a little olive oil for a few minutes, until tender.
  4. Mix the lentils, green onion, cilantro, dill, squid, the juice, sesame oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve with a slice of the Florina pepper.
