Preparation
- Put the lentils and the bay leaf in a saucepan and cover with water and boil until soft.
- Cool under running water.
- Season the squid with salt and pepper and cook in a pan with a little olive oil for a few minutes, until tender.
- Mix the lentils, green onion, cilantro, dill, squid, the juice, sesame oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with a slice of the Florina pepper.
