  1. Boil the linguini according to the recommendations.
  2. Place the shrimps in a pan, add salt and olive oil and set aside.
  3. Heat the vegetable broth in a deep pan and add the olive oil.
  4. Add the shrimp, garlic, pineapple, ginger, sugar and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Finally add the linguini, cook for 1-2 minutes while stirring well.
  6. Serve right away and decorate with parsley and a few drops of olive oil.
