  1. In a mixing bowl add the mustard, pineapple, salt and cider vinegar and mix with a hand blender.
  2. Then add the oil gradually, beating constantly until the sauce thickens.
  3. In a large bowl put all other ingredients of the salad and mix.
  4. Finally, serve on a plate, place 2 pieces of corn on top and pour the dressing.
