Method
- In a mixing bowl add the mustard, pineapple, salt and cider vinegar and mix with a hand blender.
- Then add the oil gradually, beating constantly until the sauce thickens.
- In a large bowl put all other ingredients of the salad and mix.
- Finally, serve on a plate, place 2 pieces of corn on top and pour the dressing.
